Highland Cares About Rehabilitation

Our goal is for residents to regain the maximum degree of independence in Activities of Daily Living—including feeding, dressing, grooming, and ambulation. Our licensed and certified Physical and Occupational Therapists, Aides, and support staff apply state-of-the-art techniques to individualized rehabilitation programs. We are highly regarded for integrating the use of language and culture with residents' physical potential, to stimulate and motivate them to achieve measurably successful results. And, for more than 10 years, we have been sharing our expertise—as a clinical training site for Rehab Therapy students.
We provide a full range of both long-term and short-term rehabilitation programs and services, including:
- Physical and Occupational Therapy
- Speech Therapy, Speech Pathology, and Audiology
- Transitions to the community—by helping to coordinate residents' needs for home care attendants, nurses, and any related adaptive devices or medical equipment.
