Highland Care Center is centrally located in Jamaica, Queens, with convenient access to public transportation—via the F, E, or A Subway Trains–179th St./Hillside Avenue stop—or using the Q17 or Q43 Bus–175th St./Hillside Avenue stop. Bus service is available from Jamaica Coach–175th St./Jamaica Avenue stop.

By car, Highland Care Center is just a few minutes from the Van Wyck Expressway (Hillside Avenue exit) and Grand Central Parkway (188th St. exit–to Hillside Avenue.) Ample parking is available in our parking lot. For individuals with disabilities, ask if we can help arrange a visit using Access-A-Ride.
